TPV: TPV is a dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer consisting of PP and EPDM. High temperature hot melt injection molding/extrusion, can be repeatedly processed and recycled, different from traditional vulcanized rubber, it combines the performance of traditional vulcanized rubber with the processing and recyclability of thermoplastic, and is currently the most widely used material to replace hard rubber. The temperature resistance range is extremely wide (-60 ℃~135 ℃), with extremely low compression permanent deformation, high resilience, outstanding oil resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance and fatigue resistance.
